Terms and Conditions for Scholaro

1. Service Scope

Annual subscription (Scholaro Plus): Your subscription gives you access to our premium services for 12 months from the purchase date.

Price: The annual cost for Scholaro Plus is 179 SEK, including VAT. Until December 31st, Scholaro Plus costs 99 SEK, including VAT.

Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews after 12 months. You will receive a reminder via email well in advance before renewal occurs. You can cancel your subscription from your account at any time to avoid future charges.

AI-driven matches: You get access to our AI-driven scholarship matches. Before completing your purchase, you will know exactly how many scholarships have been found for you. According to the AI Act, you can disable the AI filter at any time to instead browse freely among all scholarships. You also get support with email notifications to quickly get information about when scholarships open and close.

Job search: The service includes advanced search functions and filters to help you find student-related jobs faster, such as summer jobs and thesis work.

Future features: As a Scholaro Plus subscriber, you get priority access to test new features designed to further streamline the search for matches and application processes. These features also make it easier to upload documents to create a personal profile.

Data updates: We use AI to automatically update information about scholarships and jobs by collecting data from relevant third-party functions on the internet.

2. Free Plan

Our free plan offers simplified functions to search and filter among scholarships and jobs. It also provides access to scholarships and jobs offered by our partners.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Right of withdrawal: According to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and activating the service, you consent to the service being delivered immediately. You then lose your right of withdrawal as the service is considered to have started and been consumed upon activation. No refund will be offered after the product has been activated.

Complaints: If the matches have become incorrect, contact us via email according to our contact information online. Explain why the matches have become incorrect, and we will do our best to fix the problem in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

4. Success Verification

Free verification: If you are a paying subscriber to Scholaro Plus, you get free verification when you have received a scholarship or job through our service. This verification can be published on your social media.

Fee for non-subscribers: If you are not a paying subscriber, each verification costs 100 SEK.

5. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account is not used by unauthorized persons.
• Use of the service in violation of these terms may result in your account being closed, without the right to a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is a tool to facilitate your search for scholarships and jobs. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in external information collected through third-party functions. We do not guarantee that you will receive a scholarship or job by using the service.

We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
